About the Event
Often considered the heart of a teaching portfolio, the teaching philosophy statement offers a reflective and deeply personal account of an educator’s instructional goals, methods, and approach to assessing student learning. Participants will examine sample statements from a range of disciplines, then engage in guided writing, revision, and peer feedback to begin crafting their own. This will be held on the Newark campus.
Lunch will be provided.
